Floorcoverers Local 1823 represents the most knowledgeable and experienced flooring installation professionals in the region. We are the preferred choice to install floor covering projects for commercial, residential, and institutional job sites of any size, complexity or configuration. Local 1823 is part of the Metropolitan Regional Council of Carpenters. We work in eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
